Sam Raetz

Sam is a freelance photographer based out of Omaha, Nebraska. His career was set in motion one day when he grabbed a camera to photograph a duck hunt with his brother and chocolate lab on the Platte River in western Nebraska. It was on that river that he discovered a depth and meaning to photography that extends infinitely beyond capturing an image. Sam aims to capture not just photos, but memories; not sessions, but experiences. With an unyielding willingness to tell the often overlooked stories, Sam tries to take daily life and point out its simple magnificence. Grit over glamor and hard work over everything, Sam is nothing if not persistent.
